Top of the Range- Variable Height- 360 Degree Rotation
The Piazza is an amazing side-arm umbrella - that can be levelled or tilted at any height from around 5ft to 10 ft. Most popular sizes are 4m x 3m rectangular and 3.5m or 4m square
Structures are aluminium and usually available from stock in matt graphite grey or matt brown - wider range of colours is available from factory order.
Our canopies are made from a classic Italian acrylic, teflon coated, 100% water-resistant, material and available in a standard range of 25 colours. We aim to keep most of these in stock in 4m x 3m and 4m square sizes.
The base can either be a fixed tube concreted into the ground (and included in our price) or a movable tray weighted by four shaped stones.
The operating mechanism is a simple handle operated 'winch' which allows the umbrella to be fixed at or tilted at any height or rotated by 360 degrees

Base 1- Ground tube- this is included in the standard umbrella price This permanent base provides the most secure ground fixing. You may choose Base 3 as an alternative to this base if this is more suitable for your environment
Base 2 - Iron tray and shaped blocks. Bases available to match colour options for shafts and ribs. Standard 70cm x 70cm base (26kg) + 4 blocks (30kg each) for canopies up to 12m sq £250 supplement (inc VAT).
Base 3 - Iron plate for fixing to concrete floors. This 25cm x 25cm iron coated base is ideal for fixing to a permanent position by use of 4 heavy duty concrete bolts. Base included in price as alternative to in ground sleeve.
How tall is a Piazza model when closed?
Typically for a 4m x 3m model the height is 3.5m (11ft 6")
How long do deliveries take?
Over 100 units are usually held in stock for immediate delivery. Tailor made- 4 weeks ex factory. Allow a further week for transit from Italy to UK
What is this model like in strong winds?
All umbrellas should be closed in strong winds (typically over 20mph). The ground tube base is significantly more robust than a movable concrete base and have greater wind tolerance. No guarantee can be offered - simply because much will depend on how exposed is your site and even in a wind much below 20mph gusts can be much greater. The aluminium umbrella is strong robust model with many years coping along windswept Adriatic and Mediterranean coastlines - 5 years of UK imports have also proven it to be a tried and tested model ...... but be sensible - it only takes a few seconds to open and close - which remains our advice
